- Coordinate workers’ compensation injury, accident, and incident claims within the company.
- Review and gather facts surrounding workers’ compensation claims, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with supervisors and medical providers on return-to-work programs and accommodations.
- Process workers’ compensation and liability claims promptly and thoroughly.
- Maintain regular communication with injured employees to facilitate return-to-work plans and minimize litigation.
- Monitor claim status with third-party administrators and insurers, ensuring timely resolution.
- Provide status updates on open claims and unresolved issues to supervisors and HR.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations as required.
- Coordinate workers’ compensation settlements in collaboration with senior management.
- Conduct workers’ compensation claim reviews, audits, and trainings.
- Conduct safety training sessions for employees, utilizing online and in-person formats.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, including filing OSHA 300 forms and conducting facility audits.
- Support other safety-related duties as directed by senior leadership.
Required Skills:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interaction across all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with SharePoint and Teams is advantageous.

- Comprehensive understanding of workers’ compensation processes and regulations.
Experience Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in safety management preferred.
- Minimum of two years’ experience directly managing workers’ compensation claims within a corporate setting.
- Previous experience in accident claims administration and familiarity with OSHA regulations.
- Certification in CPR, first aid, and AED is a plus.
