From national department stores located in multiple countries to international trade shows, to innovative pop-ups in Asia-Pacific, you’ll be responsible for activating retail concepts, rolling out our go-to-market strategy across these spaces and ensuring our partners have the tools they need to share Bellroy with our customers, wherever they may be. Bring us your understanding of retail environments, ability to enhance our visual merchandising on the floor and willingness to roll-up your sleeves to get things done.

YOU COULD BE THE ONE IF YOU HAVE…
- 2–5 years experience in a wholesale brand in a retail marketing or merchandising role, with a developed understanding of VM principles
- An understanding of a retail space, how to showcase product within it and planogram execution
- A degree in marketing or business, or equivalent experience
- A deep understanding of retail and/or wholesale relationships, including what retailers need to effectively showcase our Brand
- The ability to execute a shopping activation, down to the finest detail, measure its effectiveness with KPIs and then work to improve it next time
- An understanding of what global retailers need to drive sales of brands on their floor and the ability to bring in-store fixtures to life
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects concurrently and ensure deadlines are met
- Excellent communication skills and enjoy working collaboratively
- Comfortable working with facts and figures; you like to use data to better inform your ideas and assess opportunities as they arise
IF YOU WERE HERE LAST MONTH, HERE ARE SOME OF THE THINGS YOU MIGHT HAVE DONE...
- Collaborated with our distributor in Taiwan to finalise a shop-in-shop project to ensure it is executed seamlessly
- Worked with our Creative team at HQ to develop Bellroy’s Global Merchandising Guide to share with our global wholesale customers, distributors and sales agencies
- Provided our global showrooms with relevant assets, samples and product literature ahead of the new range release
- Planned for an upcoming trade show including the coordination and delivery of creative assets, merchandising displays and product samples
- Travelled to a regional U.S. trade show to help with booth setup and merchandising
- Helped create the monthly Retail Newsletter email sharing new product updates with our wholesale accounts
- Collaborated with the data team to figure out how to measure the success of an upcoming retail activation
- Evaluated our library of available fixtures and recommended improvements to our Creative team, then worked collaboratively with Creative and Production to help bring the new fixtures to market
- Got your geek on, reading ‘Why People Buy’ to brush up on your customer modelling
- Reviewed the sales data from a recent activation and conducted a retrospective with the team on what worked and what could be improved next time

The pay range for this position is $65,000 to $80,000. Compensation will depend on experience and skills demonstrated during our recruitment process.
LOCATION AND HOURS
This is a full-time position based remotely in the U.S. The role will report to our VP of Global Wholesale (based on the East Coast) and will need to communicate with our Melbourne office Creative and Wholesale teams (Pacific Standard Time Zone is preferred).
