The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth integration and deployment of our products and solutions to clients. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and customer support, to deliver high-quality implementations and exceed client expectations.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a technical role focused on system integration, implementation, or deployment.
Technical Skills:
Knowledge in relevant programming languages JS, Python, etc, system integration techniques, and database management, AdTech, familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies.

Ad Servers and Platforms:
Google Ad Manager, AppNexus (Xandr), The Trade Desk, OpenX, MediaMath.

Data Management Platforms:
Adobe Audience Manager, Lotame, BlueKai (Oracle), Krux (Salesforce DMP).

Tag Management Systems:
Google Tag Manager, Tealium, Adobe Launch, Ensighten.

Analytics and BI Tools:
Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Looker.
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Implementation Planning:
Develop and manage detailed project plans for the deployment of solutions, ensuring all milestones are met.
Technical Deployment:
Execute the installation, configuration, and integration of software or hardware solutions according to client specifications and industry standards.
Customer Support:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance during the implementation phase, addressing any issues to achieve successful deployment.
Training:
Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure they understand and can effectively use the deployed solutions.
Documentation:
Generate and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides, technical notes, and implementation records.
Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams to provide feedback on product performance and recommend improvements.
Quality Assurance:
Perform rigorous testing to ensure solutions meet quality and reliability standards before full deployment.
Post-Implementation Support:
Offer ongoing support and enhancements post-deployment to ensure continued client satisfaction and optimal solution performance.
