The Shipping and Receiving Clerk is responsible for assisting in the packing of outbound shipments and backup for receiving as needed.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operates computerized shipping manifest systems like UPS, FedEx, etc
- Manifests orders and to ensure that all orders that require customer specific requirements and instructions are fulfill, verified, and processed accordingly as required
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED, preferred
- Minimum 2 years of previous work experience in a warehouse, Electronic/Manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to lift, bend, twist, walk, and reach frequently
- Ability to perform repetitious duties while standing or sitting for long periods of time.
- Must have the ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. regularly
Additional Information:
- This is an on-site opportunity that must be done from our location in Hayward, CA
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization. F-1 visa holders with Optional Practical Training (OPT) who will require H-1B status, TNs, or current H-1B visa holders will not be considered. H1-B and green card sponsorship is not available for this position.
This position is part of the Teamsters Local 853 union and requires membership.
- Starting pay is $23.21 (After 90-day probation, pay increases to $23.96)
- Shift: 5–8-hour days (Mon-Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.)

- Must pass background and drug screening
