Senior Product Manager
to lead our mobile and web rental/courtesy contracting app team. Each day, thousands of dealers use our software to sign rental agreements in seconds by scanning ID, insurance, and credit card. We are looking for a passionate and entrepreneurial leader with a “fail fast” mindset who is interested in revolutionizing the automotive mobility space and redefining vehicle ownership. This role reports to the Director of Product Management.
What You'll Do:
- Product Strategy and Vision: Provide a compelling vision and strategy to make vehicle handoffs even faster, more flexible, and more secure.
- Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Voice of the Customer: Deeply understand customer needs through market research, dealer visits, user feedback, and data analysis to inform product decisions.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, customer success, partnerships, and sales teams.
- Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Metrics and KPIs: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
- Entrepreneur: Rally teams around your vision, inspiring both direct and indirect teams to join your cause. You are an adept negotiator who always looks for the win-win.
- Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives around product features and benefits to engage stakeholders, inspire the team, and drive customer adoption.

Required Qualifications:
- We don’t expect this person to be an expert in everything, but you should have the following abilities/attributes
- 4+ years experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner
- Product management experience with B2B SaaS, web, and mobile app products
- Experience with software development best practices (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban)
- Passionate about automotive fleet management, mobility, and/or personal transportation
- Skilled at defining and prioritizing product features, you write killer user stories
- Ability to collaborate well with engineers, designers, researchers, and management
Even Better if You Have:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Pragmatic Marketing or other Agile-related certification
- Experience with car dealers, rental, subscription, ID/Insurance verification technologies, and process
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical or business field
