Their objective is to ensure that our team of Compliance Analysts is supported in their communications to our clients and to government agencies. The typical promotion track is to Compliance Analyst I or Client Success Manager; however, Harbor Compliance employees are encouraged to pursue opportunities at our fast-growing company that best fit their career objectives and skills.
Position Details
Responsibilities
- Create and organize client files to ensure accuracy and validity of information
- Review, sign, and notarize client documents according to company guidelines
- Conduct thorough, accurate research with government agencies
- Cut checks, organize documents, and prepare applications for mailing
- Monitor and route client communications from a shared inbox
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of professional work experience
- Highly organized, accurate, and detail-oriented
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Able to multitask and consistently meet deadlines
- Exceptional customer service or client relations experience
- Proven track record of working quickly while maintaining work integrity
- Current PA Notary Public appointment or willing to become a notary at the company's expense
- High school diploma or equivalent
Location and Hours
This is a full-time in-office position at our Lancaster, PA location.
