What You’ll DoSearchspring is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive with a proven track record of surpassing sales targets to lead the expansion of our brand into the EMEA region.
You’ll do this by owning the full sales cycle from opportunity to close, demonstrating what it truly means to be a consultative salesperson and helping prospects realise the value that Searchspring brings to their business. This is a fast-paced sales environment, where strong organisational skills and adherence to processes within our extensive sales tech stack will be required. How You Will Succeed
- Manage the entire sales cycle from the opportunity to close.
- Engage with leads to uncover business problems and match them to our product’s solutions. Qualify leads based on budget, needs, timeline, and decision-making authority, gaining access to key decision makers. Deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the specific needs of each lead.
- Manage and respond to inbound leads generated through marketing and partnership efforts, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Actively prospect and conduct outbound lead generation activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products, services, and industry to educate and advise potential customers.
- Accurately track and report sales activities and pipeline updates using Salesforce and other sales tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing and partnerships teams to optimise lead generation strategies, offering feedback to enhance lead quality and conversion rates.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong sales acumen, with a minimum of 5 years of full-funnel B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in a high-volume environment. Experience in E-commerce technology is highly preferred, particularly within retail.
- You will ideally have excellent contacts within the technical integration agency space.
- Once trained, you will be confident to run platform demonstrations or walk throughs alone.
- Analytical and able to understand the finer details, to present compelling business cases.
- Experience balancing outbound activities and inbound leads.
- Familiarity with CRM databases required, Salesforce preferred.
- Strong written/verbal communication skills to diverse audiences via multiple mediums.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with leads.
- Curious, disciplined, and solution oriented with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-driven, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- You thrive in the fast-paced environment of a growth-stage company.
