This role involves recruiting new affiliates, nurturing existing relationships, analyzing campaign performance, and ensuring the affiliate program aligns with the overall marketing and business objectives. The ideal candidate is strategic, data-driven, and has a proven track record in managing successful affiliate programs.What You'll Be Doing Primarily: 1. Program Development and Management:

  • Develop and execute the affiliate marketing strategy to increase traffic, sales,and brand awareness.
  •  Identify and recruit new affiliates through various channels, including socialnetworks, affiliate networks, and other marketing platforms.
  • Manage relationships with existing affiliates, ensuring they have the necessarytools and information to promote our brand effectively.

2. Campaign Strategy and Execution:

  • Plan and manage affiliate marketing campaigns, including promotions, incentives, and creative assets.
  • Work with the creative team to develop and update marketing materials for affiliates.
  • Monitor and analyze affiliate performance to ensure alignment with company goals and optimize as needed.

3. Analytics and Reporting:○ Track, analyze, and report on key metrics related to the affiliate program, such as traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.

  • Use data insights to make informed decisions and optimize affiliate campaigns for better performance.

4. Compliance and Best Practices:

  • Ensure all affiliate marketing activities comply with relevant legal andregulatory requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscapeto continually improve the affiliate program.
  • Implement and enforce company policies regarding affiliate marketingactivities.

5. Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross functional partners, including compliance, legal, creative team, product, data and copywriting teams.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships and stay informed about the latest trends.

Required Qualifications

  •  Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing.
  • Proven track record of managing successful affiliate programs and driving measurableresults.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with performance marketing metrics.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with affiliate marketing platforms and tracking tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience in fintech or finance-related design as a Product Designer.
