Reporting to the Director
of Strategy, this role will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and strategic initiatives across the organization. You will work closely with our CEO and other senior executives to optimize operational processes, enhance performance metrics, and execute strategic projects that support our ambitious growth goals.The role will also work cross-functionally to support additional strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a skilled and structured problem solver, a detail-oriented and collaborative implementer of strategic initiatives, and an overall analytical and thorough thought partner.

Specific skillsets include excellence in storytelling through PowerPoint, deep and efficient Excel skillset including in-depth model building and high-volume data analysis, and overarching business process analysis.A Strategy and Operations Manager at ContractPodAi must be able to manage stakeholders across the business,operating as both a high-level strategic thinker and adetail-oriented executor in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Our team is very diverse,but what we all have in common is our intellectual curiosity.WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives

  • Provide ongoing pipeline forecast and reporting to the CEO and sales leadership

  • Create presentations and business case analyses to support the sales process

  • Manage and develop reports on sales performance metrics against plans and quota

  • Conduct annual review of sales commission structure and monthly reporting of commissions earned

  • Support the annual budget process and facilitate quarterly reviews

  • Perform market and competitive analyses to inform strategic decisions

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • 3-5+ years of relevant work experience (preferably in strategy consulting, finance, accounting advisory, or corporate teams)

  • Bachelor's degree; MBA or MiM (Masters in Management) preferred

  • Exceptionalproficiency inExcel and PowerPoint

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

  • Quantifiable experience of successfully conceptualizing, managing, and executing strategic initiatives

  • High level of drive, attention to detail, and organizational skills

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly changing environment; comfortable with ambiguity and shifting responsibilities in a high-growth scale-up
