As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll drive revenue growth and client success through strategic sales and expert consultation.
Responsibilities:

  • Act as a sales hunter, proactively identifying and creating your own leads to drive business growth.
  • Communicate the value proposition of our suite of products to key stakeholders in the multifamily industry.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and initial outreach to product demos, negotiations, and expansions, with a focus on management companies with 15,000+ units.
  • Independently cultivate and maintain a pipeline of prospects
  • Consistently achieve or surpass sales targets.
  • Collaborate with Account Management to identify upsell opportunities and drive expansion within our client base.
  • Represent Respage by meeting with prospects and clients, attending trade shows and industry events, performing demos, and leading seminars.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in selling technology solutions to top 200 NMHC accounts at the C-Suite or ownership levels, including large enterprise sales to REITs and institutional owners.
  • Extensive experience in selling complex technology solutions, preferably as a platform, and a deep understanding of the multifamily industry landscape, including next-generation multifamily solutions involving marketing, leasing, IoT, access control, Smart Green Technology (SGT), and AI.
  • Deep understanding of the multifamily industry landscape and its evolving technological needs.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving quotas and exceeding sales targets.
  • Master networker with a proven ability to build and maintain valuable professional relationships.
  • Strong capability in proactively creating and pursuing new business opportunities.
