Position Summary
Premise is growing, and we are looking to add a Territory Operations Manager to our high performing team. This candidate will be responsible for optimizing the field operations to collect data and deliver on client projects. Field operations include planning, implementation, supervision, and execution of the processes and projects defined for the different studies that Premise completes for its customers in the Traditional Channel (Neighborhood stores, drugstores, self-service stores, bakeries, restaurants, etc.) in Costa Rica according to the methodologies defined by the organization.An essential part of this role is also to be responsible for coordinating the inputs required from other teams across the organization, including: the PMO, Contributor Engagement, Core Operations, and Customer Success teams.

- Execute Rolling Retail Census and Market Measurement (two of our Product Solutions) contracts for our CPG clients, generating efficiencies through technology integration, process optimization, and the experimentation, design and implementation of new methodologies.
- Ensure the timely delivery of high quality data collection to delivery on customer projects. Develop risk assessment and mitigation strategies to address challenges that occur in the field.
- Work with the PMO team to execute against all launch and ongoing management tasks for the country, and collaborate cross-functionally with key areas including: Operations, Quality, Field Management, Customer Success, and Human Resources.
- Analyze dashboards, identify key trends and potential risks, and design and execute on action plans to address any operational challenges
- Review training material and processes with training lead and optimize the onboarding and training approach for field team members
- Work with Field Partners to ensure adequate and high quality headcount to meet assigned operational samples.
- Work with Customer Success, Product & Engineering and Operations to improve the design and implementation of quality plans for existing projects
- Work with the Field Suppliers to coordinate standardized assignment and field management approaches in all cities, ensure the best collection practices, and define appropriate methodologies according to the project to be carried out while guaranteeing productivity and quality indicators.
- Work with the Field Suppliers to ensure compliance with routes and organize field team members to conduct sweeps as required to achieve data collection in operating sample required
- Work with the Field Suppliers to define field control processes through a field operation monitoring center.
What You Bring
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Field Operations, of which at least 3 years must be in leadership positions
- Professional in Administration, Engineering, economics or related
- Management of teams at a national level (auditor, manager, supervisor, or TAT personnel).
- Field, operations and logistics experience
- Management projects at national level.
- Vendor management, including definition of KPIs to evaluate vendor
- Management of indicators, service agreements, reports, and management reports.
- Knowledge of the traditional channel and mass consumption CPG categories.
- Operations management, budget, project planning and control, PMO.
- English B2
Desirable Skills
- Use of Microsoft Office tools — intermediate/advanced Excel / Google Sheets
- Use of data collection tracking tools, Knowledge of mobile applications for data collection.
