As our Business Development (BD) Partner Success Leader, you will build meaningful, long-term relationships with leadership at brokerages, real estate agents, lenders, and home builders.
You have the opportunity to increase existing business and strategically unlock new opportunities. You will help shape and drive our B2B channel, playing a crucial role in UpEquity’s continued growth and success.As a Partner Success Leader, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Onboarding Process Development: Develop, maintain, and manage a standardized process for onboarding real estate brokerages, agent teams, and lenders.
- New Product Launch: establish and maintain a communication plan and process for new product launch and product updates for key and strategic B2B partnerships
- Partner Funnel Metrics: establish activities and events with partnership leadership to drive new and repeat business within their agent/LO base
- Automation and Process Improvement: Work with internal teams to develop and automate new partner onboarding processes.
- Business Plan Development: Collaborate with partner C-Suite teams to develop business plans that ensure both long-term and short-term growth.
- Collaborative Growth Initiatives: Work daily/weekly with Strategic Partner Managers (SPMs) and Partner Account Executives (PAEs) to drive growth with key and strategic accounts.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, SPMs, and PAEs to establish and execute sales goals with our B2B partners
- Sales and Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute successful sales and marketing campaigns across partnership regions.
- Funnel Analytics: Partner with the Revenue Operations (Rev Ops) team to drive funnel analytics, identify gaps, areas for improvement, and optimizations across people, processes, and systems/products.
- Lead Development: Within the B2B lender partners, develop leads and sales opportunities, and create processes to follow through with a defined sales plan.
- Marketing and Communications Support: Assist with internal BD marketing/communications and provide external partner support.
- Training Management: Manage training decks and materials associated with onboarding real estate firms and lending firms to the platform.
- Partner Health Checks: Conduct monthly partner health checks, quarterly program reviews, and coordinate on partner marketing efforts.
- Vendor Due Diligence: Coordinate and lead all new partner vendor due diligence required for lender partner onboarding.
- Partner Conversion Monitoring: Monitor progress in converting prospective partners to current partners.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 7+ years in Partnership Success/Development within the lending or real estate field.
- Industry Relationships: A significant number of existing relationships in the real estate industry and a deep understanding of industry dynamics (e.g., brokerages, lenders, builders, etc.).
- CRM Proficiency: Highly competent in leveraging CRM/HubSpot.
- Intellectual Curiosity: High levels of intellectual curiosity to dig into and solve key business issues.
- Startup Experience: Experience working in a fast-paced tech startup environment.
- Skills: Strong analytical, comprehension, and problem-solving skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Task Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environment.
- Travel Ability: Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
- Strategic Planning: Experience developing and executing strategic plans and leading initiatives to achieve business results.
- Relationship Management: Exceptional relationship management skills.
- Strategic Thinking: Highly strategic with the ability to identify opportunities and problem solve
