Ninety Eight is seeking a talented and passionate
to join our User Success team as an internship. As a User Success Specialist, your role will be to serve as a "Hero" for Ninety Eight's products. This involves in protecting the end-user experience; facilitating product understanding; resolving user inquiries and concerns.RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively participating in the training sessions, and hands-on activities to gain in-depth knowledge of the company's offerings.
- Applying the knowledge and skills learned during the training program to effectively resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate information and guidance.
- Continuously expanding your product, industry, and customer success expertise through self-directed learning, collaboration with experienced team members, and actively seeking out new learning opportunities.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest product updates, feature enhancements, and industry trends to ensure you are equipped to handle evolving customer needs and expectations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a relevant field like Business, Marketing, or Communications (preference for candidates who have graduated within the past 12 months)
- GPA: 7.5 or above
- Toeic: 650 or above
- Customer Service Orientation:
- Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Empathy and the ability to understand and address customer needs
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Enthusiastic about learning and personal growth
- Openness to feedback and a desire to continuously improve
- Commitment to the 2-3 month training program (full-time)
