As a Manager of Mid Market/Enterprise Sales at Shopmonkey, you will be responsible for ensuring continued success and growth across our Account Executives. This is a young but established team of sellers as Shopmonkey continues to grow it’s mid market and enterprise footprint, and has historically performed well above plan as we continue to scale this side of Shopmonkey’s business. Ensuring continued success in this team means continuing to outperform sales goals to warrant additional expansion within the team.
Please note this is a hybrid role, with in-office expectations 2 days/week in our Marin County, California WeWork office. You will work closely with enablement, operations, product, customer success and marketing teams to innovate and grow our customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record that is consistent in quota attainment, performance and growth. Candidates should possess the ability to show how they have and can effectively coach new and current reps, and grow a sales team.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Lead a team of mid market and enterprise AE’s selling to auto repair shops with 2 locations and above
- Be a part of the fastest growing revenue team at Shopmonkey
- Coach and develop Shopmonkey sales talent
- Be responsible for selling the largest deals at Shopmonkey
- Collaborate with product, marketing, implementation and customer success to sell more deals and grow our customers
We are looking for people who have:
- 2-5 years of front line sales management experience at a SaaS company
- Experience working with marketing, implementation, and customer success to turn sales into happy customers
- Willing to travel once or twice per month for client meetings
In the United States the range is typically a salary of $137,000 to $150,000 + 50-50 split commission + equity + benefits. The range provided is Shopmonkey’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount will be based on job-related and non-discriminatory factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities. Consult with your Recruiter during the initial call to determine a more targeted range based on these job-related factors.
