Analytica seeks a
Business Analyst to remotely collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows. The ideal candidate will have experience translating requirements into functional specifications for technology teams.Analytica has been recognized by Inc. for 3 consecutive years as one of the 250 fastest growing business. Responsibilities include:
- Gather and analyze data for potential business expansion
- Assist with project management for selected projects
- Coordinate with project team to improve productivity, test business processes and develop structured requirements
- Convert roadmap features into smaller user stories
- Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders
- Perform data discovery, analysis and modeling
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, process modeling, and documentation
- Familiarity with agile project management methodologies and software development lifecycle
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of relevant tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Must be a US citizen
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public trust security clearance for the supported agencies
