Headquartered in Columbus, Ohio (with offices in Israel-- Jerusalem and Bnei Brak), we're assembling a larger team eager to tackle an extremely ambitious vision.  Join our journey and be part of something big!As the Growth Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of our growth initiatives, leveraging a product-led approach to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.

You will work cross-functionally with product, design, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to develop and execute strategies that accelerate our growth and enhance our product’s value to users.ResponsibilitiesUser Acquisition and Onboarding:* Develop and execute strategies to attract new users through organic, paid, and referral channels.* Optimize the onboarding experience to ensure new users quickly realize the value of our product.* Drive pipeline growth by creating and maintaining free toolsProduct-Led Growth Initiatives:* Identify and implement product features that drive viral growth, engagement, and user retention.* Design and run experiments to test hypotheses and improve key growth metrics.Data Analysis and Insights:* Analyze product usage data to identify growth opportunities and inform decision-making.* Continuously monitor and report on growth metrics, providing insights and recommendations.Cross-Functional Collaboration:* Work closely with product, design, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to align on growth objectives and execute initiatives.* Foster a growth-oriented culture within the organization.Retention and Monetization:* Develop strategies to increase user retention and lifetime value.* Explore and test different pricing models, packages, and features to optimize revenue.Requirements* Minimum 3 years of work experience as growth PM or a related role* Proven track record of successfully leading PLG motions* Strong understanding of product led growth methodologies and best practices* Mastery of all things experimentation, from tooling to to test design and execution* Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.* Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints in product decision-making.* Experience with product analytics tools and techniques to drive data-informed decisions.* Knowledge of E-Commerce, Marketing, and Online Media Buying best practices is highly desired.* Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building impactful products quickly and efficiently.

Those without this mindset need not apply.* Strong technical background and relevant experience to partner effectively with design and engineering teams. * User understanding, discovery, and design are well-covered by our dedicated design team, allowing PMs to focus on the technical and strategic aspects of product management.* Applications without a COVER LETTER will not be considered.$180,000 - $220,000 a year
