Who We’re Looking For (Position Overview):

Spry Methods is on the search for a Junior Scrum Master to join our team in Huntsville, AL.

What Your Day-To-Day Looks Like (Position Responsibilities):

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support the Scrum team.
Assist in removing impediments and ensuring the team follows Agile practices.
Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog.
Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Requirements):

Top Secret Clearance is Required
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in a Scrum Master role.
Proficiency with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
Strong communication and facilitation skills.
SAFe Agilist or above certification
Scrum Master or equivalent certification
