Who We’re Looking For (Position Overview):

Spry Methods is on the search for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Huntsville, AL.

What Your Day-To-Day Looks Like (Position Responsibilities):

Lead the analysis and documentation of complex business processes.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate business needs.
Oversee the development and implementation of solutions that meet business objectives.
Ensure contract compliance and manage project deliverables.

What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Requirements):

Top Secret Clearance Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years of experience in business systems analysis.
Expertise in Agile methodologies and SAFe framework.
SAFe Agilist or equivalent certification
Scrum Master or equivalent certification
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
