We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Director of Product to lead our product team, focusing on administrative tools, electronic health records (EHR), and lab tooling. The ideal candidate will have significant direct experience in medical operations tooling, specifically within a mid-late stage virtual medical practice or digital health organization.
This role is pivotal in ensuring our product suite meets the highest standards of efficiency, usability, innovation, and compliance.

How You'll Contribute:
- Drive a vision for how Color’s care tools can contribute to the quality of our patient care, and the efficiency of our business
- Identify and track the right metrics, ensuring the team consistently meets or exceeds goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional clinical and operations leaders to develop a portfolio of care team tooling investments that aligns with our business goals
- Drive business results for administrative, EHR, lab tooling, billing and access product areas, ensuring teams consistently deliver quality, on-time, high-impact work.
- Manage a high-performing team of product managers across various parts of our care delivery platform
- Oversee the full employee life cycle, including hiring, offer approvals, onboarding, goal setting, coaching/performance management, compensation planning, developing managers, and addressing resource gaps.
- Plan the overall growth and scale of the care delivery product team, identifying the need for team design changes.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Proven experience in medical operations tooling within a best-in-class mid-late stage virtual medical practice or digital health organization.
- Expert-level product management skills with 10+ years of product management experience.
- Proven people management experience with 3+ years managing a team of product managers.
- Experience managing the full lifecycle of hiring, onboarding, alignment, coaching, and development of product managers.
- Strong track record of management excellence, with experience leading and mentoring high-performing product teams.
- Deep understanding of electronic health records, administrative healthcare tools, and lab tooling.
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Regular collaboration with executive teams on strategic initiatives and influencing senior leaders across the organization.
- In-depth knowledge of the company, industry, and/or function to manage complex issues effectively.
- Proven ability to source and close exceptional talent.

Base Salary Range: $230,000 - $285,000 per yearThe actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: work experience, market data, skills, geographic location, and business need. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
