We are seeking a highly motivated Product Analyst focused on AI Innovation to join our dynamic team.
As a part of Coretek’s CSP and Insights team, the Product Analyst will contribute to the AI innovation strategy and roadmap for Coretek’s Product suite, including Coretek Insights. This role requires collaboration with business managers, developers, and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to deliver customer-centric and business-driven AI products. Job Responsibilities
- Identify and drive product and AI innovation requirements based on market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
- Drive development activities forward by collaborating with cross-functional teams including business managers, developers, and CSMs.
- Develop strategies to drive adoption of AI products among target audiences, including conducting training sessions, and implementing marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry and market trends and provide insights and recommendations to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Communicate regularly with key stakeholders including executives, product teams, sales teams, and customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure alignment on product goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology or business-related field
- 1+ years of product or customer success experience
- Understanding of AI, DevOps, FinOps, and customer success methodologies
- Strong customer success mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
- Excellent communication skills to ensure effective engagement with customer and internal stakeholders
- Working knowledge of cloud hosted software (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
- Familiar with agile development methodologies and backlog management processes
- Knowledge of the software development life-cycle
- Analytical skills with the ability to present data points to stakeholders
