Dark Wolf Solutions is looking for a
Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be supporting a task order providing project management services for the Air Force. Dark Wolf is the prime contractor for this effort. This role will be located in Ogden, UT and requires a Secret clearance. Typical responsibilities include:
- Assist the team with managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Use Jira to create and manage project tasks, stories, and dashboards.
- Ensure that project resources are allocated appropriately and are utilized efficiently.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and other project-related documentation.
- Facilitate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Monitor and report project progress and status to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet the requirements and expectations of stakeholders and clients.
- Provide general office management support for the local Dark Wolf office.
- Assist with onboarding new employees.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years’ experience as a project manager
- 2+ years experience working with the Atlassian tool suite
- Previous experience as an office coordinator/manager
- Previous experience working with Cybersecurity and technical teams
- Strong customer service, written, and interpersonal skills
- A BA/BS Degree in a technical field
- US Citizenship and an active Secret clearance
Desired Qualifications:
- Possess a Project Management Professional Certification
- Previous experience leading cross functional projects
