In this role you will be responsible for ensuring every interaction with our customers is at the right time, with the right content, to the right person, and through the right channel. This role demands a tech-savvy individual proficient in marketing automations, including triggers, flows, and experience with automating emails, IAMs, and push notifications.
You will focus on:
Contributing to the development and refinement of the CRM strategy for Sweatcoin, working to increase activation and engagement as well as prevent churn
Managing campaigns end-to-end from planning, copywriting, design briefing, implementation to reporting
Mapping and optimizing all elements of the lifecycle journey, improving content, triggers, and targeting
Taking a data-driven approach to developing and implementing automated workflows and triggers to enhance the customer lifecycle experience
Working alongside data analysts to assess the performance of tests and ship regular improvements
Collaborating with product managers to launch new features to existing users and helping drive KPIs via email, push and IAM
Identifying opportunities to segment our audience and personalising content based on customer behaviors and preferences to create the best possible customer experience
Continuously monitoring and improving the automation of emails, IAMs, and push notifications to ensure timely and relevant communication
Leveraging CRM platforms to create and manage complex automation workflows and segmentation strategies
Experience and Skills
5-7 years of email marketing/CRM/retention experience ideally with B2C companies
Fluent in English
Expertise with a CRM/Customer Engagement platform such as Braze, Hubspot, Iterable, or MoEngage
Strong technical skills, including the ability to work with developers to implement new communications triggers and user attributes, providing clear briefs on requirements
Experience creating complex workflows, and troubleshooting automation issues
Cross-team collaboration experience to deliver successful campaigns
Exceptional copywriting skills and an ability to critique and guide email design
Comfortable crafting hypotheses, running tests, and assessing the results
Creative in coming up with different approaches to improving conversion rates
Numerically proficient with experience in tools such as Looker, Amplitude, Tableau
Strong interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
Deep curiosity about the usage behavior of Sweatcoin users, what keeps them happy, and what might cause them to disengage
Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
