What’s Interesting About This Role?
The Digital Marketing Compliance Specialist is a crucial role within our organization, responsible for overseeing and regulating advertisements and editorial content to ensure compliance with our clients, primarily financial institutions and their affiliate channels. This position involves conducting audits, maintaining compliance documentation, and effectively communicating needs and expectations with clients and internal teams.
How Will You Make an Impact?
- Monitor and regulate advertisements and editorial content to maintain compliance with client standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct audits as needed to ensure adherence to compliance protocols.
- Lead monthly internal cross-departmental meetings to communicate client compliance needs.
- Maintain and update compliance documentation regularly.
- Provide clients with detailed reports and updates on compliance status.
- Support the company's revenue goals by optimizing campaigns and keeping CPA low within allotted budgets.
- Compile information and example advertisements (mocks) to present to clients.
- Use Confluence, Salesforce, and Tableau reporting to gather and analyze relevant data for internal use and client presentations.
- Assist with product updates and review pre-published content within editorial through WordPress.
- Ensure all content meets compliance standards before publication.
- Identify and implement improvements in internal processes to enhance efficiency and reduce compliance errors.
- Provide detailed attention to compliance-related tasks to maintain a positive rapport with clients.
What Will You Bring to Us?
- At least 2 years’ proven experience in a compliance or regulatory role, preferably in digital marketing or advertising.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements for financial institutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications, Salesforce, Confluence, and Tableau.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $75,000 per year. Pay offered may vary
based on a number of factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills,
experience, and location.
