Blue Rose is seeking a
Business Process Improvement Consultant to support our work with a Federal client. This is a Hybrid Role in Rosslyn, VA and is open to
U.S. Citizens ONLY.
Successful candidates will be required to have an
Active
Secret
Clearance prior to start.
In this role you will:
- Help to assess the current state of business processes at the bureau and create a desired end-state while planning the milestones needed to achieve the desired vision
- Evaluate current-state people, process, and technology functions to provide recommendations that align the operational functions to the mission
- Analyze business processes and workflows with the opportunity to simplify, eliminate non-value add activities, and streamline based on findings from the research and analysis of as-is processes
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must have:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with business process analysis
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with client relationship management
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with business process documentation
Education:
Bachelor's Degree
Salary:
$100,000 - $110,000 depending on experience
