About the Role:As a Stakeholder Engagement Specialist supporting our Federal government client, you will be trusted to provide comprehensive event and conference support with responsibilities spanning logistics planning, pre/post-event coordination, after-action reporting, and organization of event materials.
You will collaborate with government leaders, communications teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and support during conferences and events.Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Support client conferences and events including logistics planning, pre/post-event meeting coordination, after-action reporting, and organization of event materials.
- Collaborate with government clients to understand individual conference roles and prepare them prior to all conferences and events.
- Manage events and conferences tracker to include go-no-go decisions, location scouting, and working with event Points of Contact (POCs) to identify speakers.
- Liaise with the communications team on coordinating necessary event materials such as talking points and presentations.
- Support day-of event setup and breakdown as necessary, including manning the booth and working alongside executive-level clients at events to ensure they’re supported.
- Prepare high-level briefings and talking points for Federal staff/client
- Support cross-departmental initiatives, effectively collaborating with all parties to successfully fulfill client needs

Location:You will work as part of a dynamic team remotely. You will work at the client site in metro-accessible Washington, DC on an as-needed basis and travel 25% of the time. Required Experience/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency with technology tools and software, such as Adobe Captivate, and Articulate Storyline 365
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Organizational and project management skills
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, with experience evaluating quantitative as well as qualitative data
- US citizenship or permanent resident and the ability to pass public trust clearance or suitability
Preferred Experience/Skills:
- Previous experience in emergency management
- Previous experience in consulting, business writing, meeting preparation and facilitation
