Analytica is seeking a remote HR Data Architect to support one or more dynamic, long-term federal government enterprise data programs. We are looking for a collaborative and experienced professional to provide technical leadership and expertise in driving the HR systems architecture design and deployment strategies. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in optimizing human resources data infrastructure to support strategic decision-making and enhance organizational effectiveness.

Collaborate with federal client stakeholders and technical staff to understand data requirements and priorities
Establish and enforce data quality standards in the HRIS, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance
Define the integration flow of data across the relevant systems to ensure data consistency and accuracy. This will include making key decisions regarding data migration
Well versed in data profiling, data mapping and source systems analysis
Identify data requirements and workflows for an effective HRIS implementation
Lead the formation of architectural guidance on how to improve on the gaps, including on process design with roles and organizational impact, applications and interfaces, and data and information to support the capability
Design HR data architecture
Design and aid in the development of a Human Resources Information System Data Lake providing expert guidance on the structure and format of each layer to take disparate sources system data through a pipeline to by ingested by visualization reports which provide analytical insights and historical information.
Design and aid in the development of statistical models and predictive analytics
Design and aid in the development of data management and governance procedures
Act as technical lead to engage client stakeholders to elicit and refine requirements of HRIS system, providing technical expertise of how the system should be designed and developed to satisfy client needs.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering or directly related field
5+ years of experience in a HRIS or IT application role supporting HR functional processes
5+ years of experience migrating structured and unstructured data to data lakes and data warehouses.
5+ years of experience provisioning, implementing, and maintaining data lakes.
3+ years of experience with major data visualization platforms, e.g. PowerBI, Tableau.
Proven track record in leading data architecture initiatives, with HR and preferably in the Federal Government environment
Project management experience a plus
Experience working with dashboards and reporting software.
Knowledgeable in writing system proposals, including scope and system specifications.
Proficiency in writing technical documents.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
US Citizen with ability to secure a US Federal Clearance
