The Automation Architect provides technology direction, ensures project implementation compliance, and utilizes technology research to innovate, integrate, and manage technology solutions. As a Technology Architect, you will significantly contribute to identifying best-fit architectural solutions for one or more projects; you will collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create and implement innovative high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities:
Lead and collaborate with team members to deliver RPA and ML solutions including but not limited to RPA implementation (UiPath), data analytics and analysis, ML model trainingPartner with business teams to define new techniques areas where ML and RPA can be leveragedWork with multiple stakeholders to deliver automated workflows in a timely fashionProvide feedback to product and development teams to improve our in-house toolsRegularly communicate status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership and present at Executive meetings as needed.Document process, procedures, and training materials for staff and stakeholdersAttend daily stand-up and periodic team meetings
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Physics, Applied Mathematics, etc. - and 7+ years of professional experience to have gained strong mathematical and data analysis skills and a solid understanding of data types and structuresKnowledge of cloud-based deployments and leveraging RPA solutions in SaaS based systems Extensive hands-on experience working with UiPath and JavaExperience with version control such as GIT, Subversion, Team FoundationAbility to understand large scale software & system architectureHighly skilled communicator - able to clearly articulate and translate complex technical and business concepts amongst a variety of stakeholdersLeadership experience - hiring and managing a small team in a player-coach model.Experience in one or more of the following programming languages: Python, C#, .NET, R, SQL, and JavaScriptExperience with Agile tools, Jira, Trello, Pivotal TrackerUnderstanding of Continuous integration, testing, deployment & release methodologiesUnderstanding of Computer Vision
Desired / Nice-to-have:
Strong Java background and experience with IRS applications is highly desired.
Active IRS MBI clearance highly preferred
Experience with Python ML tools: Keras, Jupyter Notebooks, Pandas, scikit-learn, Flask, OpenCV, Tesseract, and Numpy
