About You
You are a proactive individual with experience in data management and automation. You thrive in dynamic environments and have a knack for creative problem-solving. You are detail-oriented, can self-manage priorities, and communicate effectively within a team. Your technical skills in Google Sheets/Excel, automation tools, and project management software make you an asset in operational roles.
What you’ll do and how you’ll have an impact
- Update and Manage Listings: You will be in charge of updating a variety of spreadsheets and listings on our platform, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Administrative Panel Management: Work predominantly in our administrative panel and Google Sheets to maintain and organize data.
- Customer Support: Perform miscellaneous operational tasks to support customers on our platform, contributing to a smooth user experience.
- Automation and Efficiency: Utilize Google Apps Scripts, Microsoft PowerBI, and AI tools like ChatGPT 4.0 and Copilot to automate repetitive tasks.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members using project management tools like ClickUp, ensuring timely updates and task completion.
- Onboarding and Configuration: Assist with onboarding logistics, bulk uploads, white-labeling, and setting up authentication methods.
- Vendor Management: Manage listings and deals, facilitate perk auto-adds, and support operations personnel in managing tasks and priorities.
What we’re looking for
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel, Google Slides, and experienced with automation tools (Google Apps Scripts, Microsoft PowerBI, AI tools).
- Project Management: Ability to self-manage priorities, communicate effectively, and use project management tools like ClickUp.
- Problem-Solving: Creative execution of tasks and projects related to data sourcing, entry, and consolidation.
- Operational Support: Experience with onboarding logistics, bulk uploading, and configuring platforms for enterprise updates.
