RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop project plans for successful execution, and delivery of technical projects within established timelines.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
- Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Maintain a deep understanding of relevant technologies, frameworks, and methodologies within healthcare industry(including but not limited to MA and AFA, HealthPlan implementations, tech integrations)
- Communicate regularly with key stakeholders, including leadership and customers to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues.
- Monitor and evaluate project performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities within technical projects, developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
- Proactively address issues and challenges as they arise, escalating to senior management when necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required
- 5+ years' experience in Project Management in Healthcare setting with a proven track record of managing and delivering complex technical projects.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Knowledge of Agile/SaFe methodologies
- Excellent Problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Working knowledge of Confluence and SharePoint (as a user)
- Experience using MS Office, MS project etc.
- Excellent communication: written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

SALARY RANGE: $150,000 - $180,000 / annually Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Reveleer E-Verifies all new hires.
