About the role:
As the Marketing Events Intern for Swirlds Labs, your job is to help grow ourcommunity engagement program by actively reaching out to various meetup groups andcoordinating events with the goal of educating different demographics about the Hederaecosystem. You will serve as the liaison between meetup partners and Swirlds Labs on behalfof Hedera as well as other ecosystem players. You will be working on the events team in themarketing department.
You may find yourself doing all of the following:
- Assisting in the planning and coordination of community meetup events
- Conducting research on venues, vendors, etc. and providing recommendations
- Serving as the liaison between Swirlds Labs Marketing team and meetup groups
- Developing and refining community engagement outreach processes / best practices
- Collaborating cross-functionally with other teams in the marketing department, such asdeveloper relations and demand generation, as well as other departments in thecompany, including developer advocate and engineering teams

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion and or interest in Web3
