Honeybee Robotics is seeking a positive and energetic Material Handler to join the team in Longmont, CO. You’ll report to the Inventory Control Manager, playing a vital role in our dynamic aerospace projects. This is a temporary position. In all cases, there is an opportunity to convert to a permanent position if individual performance and business conditions allow.

Responsibilities:


  • Receiving stock, filling part demand from Kanban/work orders, and maintaining accurate part inventory
  • Packing list verification and supplier paperwork review, receipt into ERP, and queue items for Incoming Inspection 
  • Labeling and identification of kitted parts 
  • Receiving completed work orders to stock 
  • Stocking production and shipping consumables 
  • Conducting cycle counts and collaborating with the manager to reconcile discrepancies 
  • Upholding 5S principles within stockrooms and inventory replenishment areas 
  • Additional duties as assigned, supporting the Inventory Control team as needed

Required Qualifications:


  • 2+ years of experience in inventory control and a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Multi-tasking ability in a busy environment with frequent interruptions
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain precise counts, inspect parts, and tackle inventory challenges with accuracy
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and basic math skills
  • Effective communication skills and a positive demeanor
  • Computer and keyboard proficiency 
  • The employee must frequently lift, carry, push or pull, and carry up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Inventory Management experience
  • Experience with ERP system and transactional processes 
  • Experience with materials requiring trace history and maintenance
  • Strong team orientation and customer-focused mindset

Compensation and Benefits:


  • Temporary employee benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, and paid sick leave.

$20 - $30 an hourWe offer a flexible hourly range for this job posting that will be customized based on the qualifications of the chosen candidate. Our compensation strategy takes into account various factors, including education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and market alignment.
