The Blue Rose School Resiliency Program is on a mission to nurture the mental health and well-being of children within the school districts across North Carolina. We’re looking for passionate, Independent Licensed Clinicians to deliver impactful counseling services directly in schools. Your Role:
Make an Impact: Provide individual and group counseling to foster student mental well-being.
Assess and Plan: Conduct comprehensive assessments and tailor treatment plans to meet unique student needs.
Collaborate and Educate: Work alongside educators and staff, contributing to a supportive school environment. Engage in outreach and present vital mental health information to the school community.
Document and Refer: Maintain detailed records and navigate students towards additional resources when necessary.
We’re Looking For:
Experienced Guides: Professionals with a background in behavioral health, especially those familiar with the school setting.
Skilled Navigators: Expertise in diverse counseling techniques and a deep understanding of DSM-V.
Adaptable Team Players: Individuals ready to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams and adapt to the dynamic school environment.
Cultural Stewards: A commitment to cultural competence and delivering empathetic, inclusive care.
Requirements:
Master’s or Doctorate in a relevant field.
Current, valid independent license as an LCMHC, LCSW, or LMFT in North Carolina.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent communication skills.
