- Be the front line for providing solutions to customer questions and problems
- Previous experience in the insurance industry (Travel or Property and Casualty)
- Most of our customers prefer to communicate digitally, but some challenges call for direct contact - Mad phone skills are a must
- Be unafraid to say ‘Let me get back to you on that’ rather than giving a vague/inaccurate answer
- Know our products and services inside out to address specific travel insurance needs
- Provide benefit information, explain our services and inspire our customers to buy our products
- Interact with customers and learn from them!
- Use and suggest improvements regarding current systems
- Update and stay in touch with previous and existing customers through follow ups and updates
- Be able to explain what you do to someone who doesn’t know anything about the insurance industry in a few sentences. Use the same simple language for customers
- Open to training on claims services, emergency medical and travel assistance

hours of operation: We operate around the clock. This role may require working hours starting as early as 7:00 a.m. and ending as late as midnight, with one weekend day required as well as some rotating holidays.benefits:
