Overview:
WiredPeople is looking for a Public Health Project Manager to join our public health teams. This role is full-time, 40 hours per week, and will work
onsite in Tallahassee, Florida.
The ideal candidate has excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communications.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and facilitate meetings, including agenda and minutes preparation.
- Prepare current and to-be state process flow charts.
- Prepare design documentation.
- Prepare application test cases, conduct application case tests, and track test status.
- Prepare training documentation such as user manuals and deliver training to users.
- Prepare functional documentation for all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Conduct thorough User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing to ensure software meets functional requirements and user expectations, identifying and documenting any discrepancies for resolution by the development team.
- Serve as a liaison between product team, internal and external stakeholders, sponsors, and development teams; understand product strategy and milestones.
- Write specific, measurable, attainable, reasonable, and traceable (SMART) business requirements in a format which includes a role or persona, the need and outcome.
- Prepare a monthly activity report and submit it to the Contract Manager documenting all activities performed with the invoice.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or another related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Three years of experience as a software development project Business Analyst.
- Three years of experience with facilitating current state or application analysis sessions and documenting applications through use case process documents and workflow diagrams.
- Three years of experience writing and prioritizing requirements
- Three years of experience with facilitating meetings.
- Three years of experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), writing test scripts, testing methodologies and documentation.
- Three years of experience with the use of Microsoft Visio, Word, and Excel.
- Three years of experience creating user guides and additional training materials.
- Ability to perform well with a team in a remote work environment.
