Job Responsibilities:

Perform the role of a Co-Managed Inventory (CMI) Analyst, supporting internal and external managed services customers and team.
Detail oriented, customer focused task related position
Interact regularly with key stakeholders to fully understand goals, objectives and relevant KPI’s
Effectively manage a customer’s inventory for a given product line across throughout the product life cycle
Reporting of KPI’s as needed, both internally and to clients
Work with large data sets and follow established processes for both importing and exporting data into systems
Train new analysts on system and processes as needed

Qualifications Needed:

Inventory management and customer service experience
Solid understanding of supply chain principles including forecasting, replenishment, ordering, field service and related functions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Must be proficient in customer language requirements in both written and oral form
Must be willing to work customer required business hours
Ability and desire to quickly learn new software and concepts
Strong user of Excel with core understanding of Microsoft Office 365 systems
Prior experience in working with large scale, big box or mass merchant retailers is a plus
Supply Chain Management education preferred
