TouchBistro is seeking an experienced
Senior Director, Sales Operations to help scale our Sales and Business Development teams! This role will report directly to the Chief Sales Officer, and partner closely with Sales Leadership and other cross functional leaders to identify process and system optimization opportunities and gaps, provide solutions, and be responsible for project management and execution on priorities.You will lead a team that is a steward of sales data, manages our full sales tech stack, supports competitive strategy and intelligence, financial planning and performance management at TouchBistro.

Your Day-to-Day
- Create and lead change management projects to make us more precise, faster and better
- Anticipate the needs of the business - lead operational alignment with cross functional departments including but not limited to Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, and Enablement to ensure continuous improvement to customer journey
- Be a talent magnet - provide an exceptional level of leadership to mentor and groom our team, while influencing talent both internally when it comes to coaching, and externally when it comes to hiring
- Partner with sales leadership to improve sales daily workflows, sales process development, adoption and compliance
- Partner with Finance team on budgeting, forecasting and OPEX management; also managing compensation plans and ensuring sales incentives are aligned with company objectives
- Manage full sales tech stack in partnership with Internal Systems team (e.g. SFDC, Gong, Slack, Zuora)
- Manage data integrity and compliance across all Sales systems
All About You
- You bring 7-10+ years of relevant experience in a sales operations capacity
- You hold an undergraduate degree in finance, accounting or business, or equivalent experience; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
- You are an outstanding people leader; you have a track record of success influencing and fostering collaborative relationships with cross functional GTM departments, additionally are able to coach, motivate, performance manage, and recruit operations teams
- You bring deep SFDC expertise and expert knowledge of enterprise sales tools
- You have the ability to think strategically, but also have exceptional attention to detail to drive program management, execution and results
