As the Business Operations Manager in our team,Â
You will spearhead strategic partnerships and influencer engagement in the Vietnam cryptocurrency market. This remote position is ideal for a visionary professional fluent in both English and Vietnamese, with a deep understanding of the crypto and blockchain industry, particularly in derivatives trading. You will develop key partnerships, engage with influencers, analyze market trends and regulations, and collaborate across functions to drive growth and innovation. This role is a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team, leveraging your expertise to influence the crypto landscape in Vietnam.
Responsibilities
- Establish and negotiate relationships with high net worth individuals (HNWIs) to attract them as clients for our cryptocurrency exchange platform.
- Manage long-term relationships with HNWIs, providing personalized service and support as their primary contact.
- Engage with key opinion leaders and influencers in Vietnam's cryptocurrency and blockchain communities to boost our brand and attract HNWIs.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and local crypto regulations in Vietnam to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and compliance teams to ensure strategies are aligned with business objectives and Vietnamese regulations.
- Promote our exchange at industry events, conferences, and media platforms in Vietnam, effectively communicating our value proposition and vision to potential HNW clients.
Qualifications
- Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry, especially in derivatives trading, with a focus on the Vietnam market.
- Proficient in English and Vietnamese with excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven success in acquiring and managing HNWIs in the cryptocurrency sector, with a strong grasp of complex financial products and market dynamics.
- Previous experience with crypto exchanges and a strong understanding of local crypto regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to excel in a diverse, fast-paced, and multidisciplinary environment.
