Job Summary:
Jon-Don is actively looking to hire experienced, hard-working and enthusiastic sales professionals. The Field Sales Representative will focus on our Restoration Division.Working in the disaster recovery is rewarding work. You will assist your customers with a variety of challenges related to water damage, fire damage, smoke damage and more. Our Restoration Sales Reps function more like business consultants. We engage with customers, on a personal level, and help them achieve their business goals and vision.
We help with technical inquiries, give business development ideas, recommend products and procedures, and connect contractors with training opportunities. It’s all about creating a long-term mutually beneficial partnerships.

Jon-Don partners with contractors, facilities managers, and business owners to provide them with a variety of products they need to tackle their toughest jobs—whether it’s removing that one impossible carpet stain or resurfacing a massive warehouse floor. Since 1978, we’ve been providing not just the products and equipment they need, but the real-world knowledge, rolled-up sleeves approach, and rock-solid reliability they can’t find with other suppliers. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Local travel to client locations (some overnight may be required)
- In person and phone prospecting
- Proactively selling solutions to our customer’s problems (whether it’s providing products and technical advice or helping our customers build their businesses)
- Educating customers on products and with buying decisions
- Learning about new products, industry trends, attend training events and industry seminars
Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- Restoration Sales experience a plus
- Previous sales experience preferred
