With 60+ associates and thriving, Gatesman serves clients nationwide in Healthcare, Higher Ed, Energy, Financial, Retail and B2B. Jr. Data Analyst Gatesman is seeking a Jr. Data Analyst who is excited to join our growing analytics team. The Jr.

Data Analyst will support the analytics team in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to help drive data-informed decision-making. This individual should have a background using numbers and digging into data, heightened attention to detail, and a curiosity for finding business insights in data. Overall, this is someone who will be interested in helping our clients succeed by getting the most out of their data.  Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the agency teams to support data analysis, tracking set up, reporting and measurement for all agency-led initiatives. 
  • Work cross-functionally to assist in tracking set-up prior to launch
  • Push data into database environments through either manual insertion, creating scheduled emails or working with our partner to set up necessary feeds.
  • Pull data from reporting interfaces including various advertising platforms, google analytics and dashboards
  • Collect and analyze datasets to generate actionable insights
  • QA dashboards to ensure reliability and usability for the end user; Address dashboard and data issues as they arise
  • Provide regular reporting that has accurate data, meaningful metrics and key observations
  • Begin to create compelling dashboards that are easy for stakeholders to interpret and quickly gauge success of initiatives
  • Deep dive into interesting trends identified in dashboards to help round out more meaningful insights
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with various departments.

Required Qualifications: 


  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics or related discipline
  • Proficiency using Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUP), reporting interfaces and data visualization software
  • Experience with Tableau and/or other dashboarding tools

Preferred Qualifications: 


  • One year experience in business and/or marketing analytics preferred
  • Familiarity and understanding of digital advertising and marketing preferred
  • Experience using marketing data via Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads preferred
  • Some experience writing code in SQL or python preferred
