Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with leadership, project leads and technical leads to assess resourcing needs, optimize utilization and drive strategic workforce planning
  • Ensure optimal resource allocation and project delivery for all engagements based on timing, technical and industry skills, capacity, client requirements and prioritization, and utilization
  • Analyze trends and forecast future staffing needs to meet client project requirements
  • Recommend adjustments and realignments to resourcing plan as needed
  • Monitor project timelines, workloads, availability, productivity and resource utilization to identify potential resource conflicts or capacity constraints based on priorities and deadlines
  • Implement new scheduling processes and systems and drive adoption
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of team members’ skills and expertise to facilitate resource allocation
  • Develop solid understanding of the business, our clients and industries
  • Embrace an Agile mindset to adapt to changing priorities, client demands, and project requirements effectively
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement best practices related to resource management, project delivery, and client satisfaction
  • Demonstrate the ability to negotiate timelines, priorities, and staffing assignments to achieve optimal outcomes for both clients and the team.

Requirements:


  • ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience in resource management, data management, and workforce planning or forecasting, preferably within a professional services firm or accounting environment
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, scheduling, utilization, trends, and workforce metrics
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills with pivot tables, v-lookup and complex formulas
  • Proficiency in Power BI, resource management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities well
  • Project management experience with attention to details
