The full-time vault technician is responsible for assembling orders to go out for delivery in an efficient and timely manner, including printing necessary picklists and pulling orders for delivery in a manner that is both accurate and compliant with State regulations. The vault technician is responsible for accuracy of physical inventory on both the order and the remainder of in-house inventory.
Essential Functions:
- Assemble orders for processing
- Maintain accurate vault inventory
Cross- Departmental Functions:
- Must work with the labeling team to ensure that quality measures of packaging and labeling are in line with Revolution standards
- Works in tandem with the Orders team when pulling and ensuring accuracy of pulled orders as they are processed
- Work within other departments as needed in order to ensure that the Packaging department is meeting sales and delivery goals
Minimum Education and/or Experience
No previous experience necessary.
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must successfully pass a background check
- Must obtain a Cultivation Registration Identification Card from the IL Department of Agriculture.
- Ability to perform basic math functions (Add, Subtract, Multiply and Divide)
- Ability to quickly change duties due to demand.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels within the organization.
- Ability to multi-task and count large quantities.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25 lbs to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance.
- Must be able to work seated/standing as appropriate at workstations for extended periods of time, maintain body equilibrium while climbing ladders, stairways, stopping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching, and use hands/fingers to hold, grasp, turn, pick, pinch frequently/constantly to complete tasks.
- Must be able to tolerate strong odors in the work place
- Must have visual acuity with/without job aids to perform activities such as reading, viewing a computer terminal, visual inspection involving small parts/details. Clarity of vision at 20 ft or more in day and night/dark conditions.
Work Schedule:
- 40+ hours weekly with flexible hours depending on department needs.
- Must be available to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.
