The Food Manufacturing Associate is responsible for ensuring uninterrupted production to provide a complete and full line of edible products adequate to meet or surpass sales goals, while remaining compliant with state/federal, and other regulatory authorities and organizations.
Essential Functions:
- Assist with the creation, processing, and packaging of the entire edible line.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Has successfully created original formulations for use in a commercial food service industry.
- Recommended: Current Food Service Sanitation Certification, HIPAA for Healthcare certification, and OSHA Training certification.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels within the organization.
- Experience in a food manufacturing setting, specifically with high volume kitchen equipment
- Position starting pay is $16.00 per hour with an increase to $16.50 at 90 days
