You'll own all our marketing channels and measure their success. You'll oversee creating a country/local digital marketing strategy that supports our overarching business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead digital projects in the marketing domain (Digital Channels, Digital Media, CDP and Attribution)
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of advising Demand Generation teams on the optimal ways of working with digital channels
- Advise Demand Generation team on marketing effectiveness, optimization, and efficiency across the campaign chain
- Design and build multi-channel Digital Marketing campaigns for activation purposes (strategy & planning)
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of marketing analytics and the ability to apply insights from this to optimize campaigns and advise the client on opportunities/actions for optimization (effectiveness and efficiency)
- Translate marketing stories and business goals into actionable digital marketing campaigns and lead the effective execution of those campaigns across all channels.
- Build omni-channel strategy across Paid Social, Paid Search, Display, Affiliate, and other channels with the help of internal marketing/content teams and external agency partners (research, targeting, spend distribution, keyword building, creative development etc.)
- Partner with creative teams to produce copy, messaging and creative assets adhering to the Paid Media platform specifications; ensure a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints.
- Customize user journeys and messaging based on region, language and where users are in their customer journey.
- Nurture effective relationships with agency counterparts and all vendors.
- Continuously identify and recommend new tactics and resources needed to successfully execute campaigns, measure results,and inform evolving strategies.
- Monitor performance for full funnel marketing campaigns. Identify low performing ads and placements and formulate recommendations to fully capitalize on campaign KPI’s.
- Stay abreast of market trends and understand the EOR industry landscape to best position Atlas.
- Launch qualitative and quantitative A/B and multivariate tests across all key channels and provide data insights to relevant parties (testing everything from creative to landing page experiences).
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in managing and optimizing digital advertising channels, including paid social, search, display, affiliate etc.
- BS/BA in Marketing, Business, or equivalent work experience.
- Track record of driving significant customer growth in SaaS company.
- Understanding of building marketing funnels and marketing attribution models.
- Proven success in managing and leading performance marketing and affiliate agencies.
- Confident presenting and can effectively convey POVs, results, and strategies to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Highly analytical and data-driven, enjoy creating reports and dashboards.
- Possess natural curiosity about consumer behavior, industry-trends, and competitive insights.
- Self-starter who thrives in ambiguous environments and adapts easily to change.
- Demonstrate highly organized campaign/timeline management, with strong attention to detail.
- Experience and desire to work in a fast-paced, global organization with teams spanning across multiple time zones.
- Collaborative cross-functional team player who is open-minded, flexible and willing to be hands-on in the role.
- Deep knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
- Detail oriented and highly organized time management skills.
