PCMI (Policy Claim Management International) is a fast-growing, leading provider of integrated software for Extended Warranty Management and Finance and Insurance (F&I) administration. We are a SaaS company that operates in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment. Our 3 teams located in the US, Poland, and Thailand work collaboratively around the clock to build our PCRS platform that automates the full administration lifecycle of all extended warranties, F&I products, and service contracts for our customers.

What You’ll Do 


This leadership role helps drive platform value by setting and executing key initiatives. A critical leader to the growth of the company, the Director of Product Management has responsibility for product processes, governance and the Product team. Collecting input from multiple sources, the Director of Product Management works with the product owners to maintain an overall product roadmap that is centered around delivering value to customers, convert that roadmap into executable backlog, and then ensure go to market readiness to maximize the value of the delivered product. 

In this role, you will: 


Manage the Product Owner team 

  • Manage the product owner team, driving an “outside in” approach to our product processes. 
  • Mentor product team members on the principles of delivering value to customers, and how roadmaps should be associated to delivering software into the hands of customers.
  • Install a standard methodology and calendar to predictably manage product deliverables.
  • Establish high expectations of performance and quality within the team.

Deliver value 

  • Partner with CPO and executive team to align the company’s product strategy with the overall business strategy. 
  • Identify market problems and customers willingness to pay 
  • Ensure the company’s products meet the needs of its customers. 
  • Protect the existing revenue stream and customer base by ensuring all investment evolves customers forward and no customers are left on a software “island”. 

Manage product roadmap 

  • Install a recurring process for roadmap refinement and subsequent backlog grooming.
  • Publish a roadmap on a monthly basis.
  • Track and communicate progress against product initiatives.

Manage portfolio processes 

  • Manage workshops for strategic planning and management of the entire product portfolio. 
  • Manage workshops to deep dive into specific initiatives, bringing architecture, development and product into alignment on approach and requirements. 
  • Schedule and run monthly portfolio reviews.
  • Working with the Product Owners, develop business cases and go to market value propositions around product initiatives. 
  • Partnering with the Product Owners, validate the strategy and roadmap with customers, including a willingness to pay. 

Establish Go To Market processes 

  • Manage cross-functional go to market processes to ensure operational scalability. 

What You’ll Need to Join Our Team


Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience. 
  • 5 years as a Product leader in a SaaS software company.
  • Knowledge of the Auto industry is required, with high preference for warranty and after market services. 
  • Experience with industry methodology like Scaled Agile Framework or Pragmatic marketing, preferred. 
  • Knowledge of Atlassian products Jira and Confluence.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel required; experience with analytic tools such as Tableau and Power BI, preferred.
