Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of Front-End projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to technical standards.
- Provide expert-level knowledge in core Front-End technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Architect and implement complex Front-End applications using React and Next.js, leveraging modern rendering paradigms and design patterns.
- Mentor and coach a team of engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
- Collaborate closely with UX designers, Back-End engineers, and QA engineers to deliver seamless and scalable Front-End solutions.Â
What We're Looking For:
- 7-10 years of experience in Front-End development, with a strong focus on React and Next.js.
- Solid understanding of React rendering lifecycle, architectural patterns, and modern Front-End paradigms.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead and inspire teams of engineers.
- Excellent client communication skills, including conducting technical demos and advising clients on technical needs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.Â
- Solid (2-3 years) Front-End architectural ability
- Has built complex applications from the ground, or has taken ownership of a large existing application and extended it
- Comfortable with technical diagramming and documenting architectural decisions
- Good understanding of contemporary architectural patterns and when thy are applicable
