What You Will Do:


  • The Technical Project Manager is a key role within the Client Solutions team, responsible for translating client specific campaign requirements to ensure feasibility and managing all technical and custom implementations required to successfully onboard new clients.  The TPM will collaborate closely with the Commercial and Client Success teams to ensure seamless transitions from sales to implementation, launch and beyond; the consultation and planning responsibilities extend to working externally with agencies, brands, tech vendors and creative agencies.  The projects vary across Flashtalking's offerings from omnichannel creative personalization, ecommerce driven creative executions, cookieless & household ad serving launches etc.
  • Responsibilities will Include:
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for new clients during the onboarding process. Build strong relationships and maintain clear communication channels to understand and fulfill each client's unique technical requirements - internally and externally.
  • Lead technical discussions during onboarding calls with our Commercial and Client Success teams, addressing technical queries, ensuring the feasibility of solutions and alignment on implementation strategies.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans outlining all tasks, resources, timelines, and milestones for each client onboarding.  Ensure alignment with client expectations and internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee the technical implementation process, including configuration, integration, and customization of our products to meet each client's specific needs.  Coordinate with the wider Client Solutions and Ad Operations teams as necessary.
  • Create, maintain and distribute accurate internal and external documentation related to project specifications, requirements, and progress updates.  Provide regular status reports to internal teams and clients as needed.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables.  Develop mitigation strategies and escalate issues as appropriate to ensure timely resolution.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client training sessions and provide ongoing support post-launch.
  • Stay updated on internal product releases and actively identify client opportunities for integrating new product features and enhancements.
  • Stay informed about projects and initiatives led by international teams and explore opportunities to replicate successful strategies and solutions for JAPAC clients.
  • Conduct high-level platform demonstrations for clients, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of our solutions.
  • Perform post-launch checks at one-week and one-month intervals following project completion to ensure client satisfaction and address any emerging issues.
  • Review completed projects and compile internal communications highlighting successful launches to keep our team informed.

Who Are You


  • You are an expert project manager who has experience, is self-motivated and is passionate about the digital ad tech ecosystem.
  • 3-4 years professional experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role, preferably in Digital Media.
  • Experience in effectively gathering and interpreting client's technical requirements and translating them to internal teams to assess feasibility and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency, adept at capturing comprehensive information and presenting it in a clear and concise manner.
  • Highly motivated and self-sufficient individual, effective at time management and workload prioritization.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Have a positive and solutions-oriented approach to any client situation.
