Who We're Looking For
We’re excited to add a Technical Architect to our Modern Workplace team. In this role, you’ll work with a team of customer-focused professionals who are committed to defining technical strategy, architecting, designing and delivering end-to-end digital transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable, secure, and high-performance desktop virtualization solutions. What You'll Do
- Develop and design scalable, secure, and high-performance AVD/W365 (Windows 365) architectures.
- Create detailed architectural designs, documentation, and best practices for deploying AVD and W365 solutions.
- Lead the implementation and migration of desktop virtualization projects.
- Configure and deploy AVD/W365 environments, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Monitor and manage AVD/W365 environments, performing regular maintenance and updates.
- Optimize configurations for cost efficiency and performance improvements.
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and provide ongoing support to clients.
What You'll Need
- Proven experience as a Technical Architect with a focus on Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and W365 (Windows 365).
- Proficiency in Azure infrastructure and services, including Azure Active Directory, Azure Networking, and Azure Security.
- Extensive experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware and Citrix.
- Strong understanding of network architecture, security protocols, and identity management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
What Will Set You Apart
- Professional Services and or Consulting experience.
- Experience in multiple modes of implementation is highly desirable.
- Ability to Develop and design architecture standards and best practices for End User Computing (EUC) environments that enhance user productivity and experience.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, VMware Certified Professional, or Citrix Certified Professional are a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
