About the Job


For the role of Analyst, Revenue Operations and Margin Management we are looking for a detail oriented and organized team member with interest in pricing analysis and client partnership structuring. Must possess the desire and ability to work in the high energy, demanding, and constantly challenging environment of a start-up company where no two days are ever the same.  This person will work closely with the VP,  Revenue Operations and Margin Management to analyze and help manage pre-sale deals and incremental spend on running business with a keen eye on profit margin management.

This role works closely with counterparts in Client Partnerships, Client Success, Finance, Research and Studio and handles pricing and deal points across our full suite of media, for both Brands and Agencies. 

What you’ll be doing:


First 30 days:


  • Learn the ins and outs of Salesforce, core Dashboards, and Reports 
  • Develop an understanding of key processes between Client Partner, Client Success, and Revenue Operations within Salesforce 

First 90 days:


  • Conduct an audit of Salesforce data for discrepancies to ensure clean read on data from 2023-2024
  • Develop process around weekly quality assessment reviews within Salesforce data 
  • Assist with pricing and campaign minimums analysis across Products and offerings to advise on any changes to our current state

First 6 months:


  • Assist with revenue reports and insights/trend analysis, and develop and own process around quarterly, regional look-backs with Sales/CS orgs and working with the VP on presentations to provide key learnings for the business
  • Working with other key stakeholders, develop tools for analyzing campaign deal strength across all lines of business

First year:


  • Develop key processes around sales data trends analysis to ultimately move from being reactive to our data, to proactive. 
  • Contribute to the greater buildout of a best-in-class Revenue Operations team through identification of any gaps in tools, process, skills, etc. 

Other duties & responsibilities: 


  • Support updates to pricing structures and partnership deals through robust analysis of margin and impact. 
  • Assist in preparing regular updates on client revenue, campaigns and margin trends for insight and analysis, working close with the VP 
  • Assist with weekly revenue and forecast updates and recommended actions across all businesses: TrueX, NeXt, InStadium and MediaMath
  • Partner with the wider Revenue Operations team on areas of scalability, data quality and management, and optimizations
  • Be a contributor to modernize our data infrastructure and business processes by researching, proposing, and employing automation tools
  • Perform deep dive analyses on a wide range of topics and present insights and recommendations to key stakeholders
  • Assist with pricing and campaign minimums analysis across Products and offerings
  • Develop process around weekly quality assessment reviews within Salesforce data 
  • Pull data for quarterly, regional look-backs with Sales/CS orgs and working with the VP on presentations
  • Assist with revenue reports and insights/trend analysis 
  • Working with other key stakeholders, develop tools for analyzing campaign deal strength

Who you are:


  • Superb troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
  • Dynamic, flexible, hard-working and highly organized
  • Self starter, able to bring new ideas and projects to the team 
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

What you have:


  • Minimum of 3-5 years of digital media experience, preferably at an agency or media/ad tech company
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Revenue Operations, Account Management or Sales Strategy capacity, preferably at an agency, digital publisher or ad tech company 
  • Comfort and ease with financial aspects of deal modeling
  • Strong skills with GSuite of tools, PowerPoint and Excel (Strong knowledge of Excel including Pivots, Visualizations, Macros)
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar Revenue Tools 
  • Working experience with Tableau, Looker or other BI tools is a plus

  • Base salary of $100,000 - $110,000 plus bonus with first year on-target earnings of $115,000 - $126,500
