The Technical Support Assistant is responsible for assisting restaurant post-installation support. This role will interface with both restaurants and the Technical Support team to optimize Chowbus’ service in the local markets where we operate.
What You'll Focus On
Assist the Technician with installation work, including but not limited to preparing equipment or parts, receiving and checking equipment shipments. Monitor the operations of the newly installed POS system in the restaurant and provide technical guidance as needed.
Receive and adjust Field Service work orders, monitor work order status, and promptly resolve work order issues
Receive feedback from restaurants, resolve issues or forward them to the Technician, and promptly update the restaurant on the progress and results
Fill out and submit various company-required forms on time- Be available to answer calls promptly, pay attention to and respond promptly to messages in the technical groups on Slack and WeChat
What You Bring
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin required
- 1+ years of relevant experience highly preferred
- Possess some knowledge of network engineering
- Prior startup experience preferred
- Detail-oriented and possess strong learning abilities
- A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle is required
