By building a super app, our goal is to be the one stop shop for everything related to food.
We're in search of a Contract Recruiter to provide essential support for our staffing requirements over the next 3-6 months. This role will be as an independent contractor, Potential for contract extension or full-time conversion based on performance.What You’ll Bring:
- Source qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media.
- Review and screen candidates to ensure they meet the required qualifications and experiences and input in ATS.
- Schedule the interview with candidates and hiring managers.
- Collaborate with hiring manager and HR Manager during the verbal offer process and secure placement.
Qualifications / Skills:
- At least 2+ years hands-on experience in the entire recruitment life cycle is required.
- Knowledge of laws regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources is preferred.
- Industry hiring experience is a plus.
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant tracking software.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Meet and Zoom.
